What Causes Burning Sensation After Intercourse?

Hi, I have had sex for the first time and since then there is a burning sensation when I urinate and my urination have become cloudy. Also, initially after having sex, there was unusual red spotting for 1-2 days. What is wrong with me and how serious is this?
