What Causes Burning Sensation After Taking Medication For Loose Motion?

Hi, a month ago i had a seviour loose motion, i took medication in manipal , i had irritions and burning during loose motion, now i dont have problem of loose motion but the burning and irritation continues.. can some one suggest me whats the problem
