What Causes Burning Sensation Along With Blood In Urine?

I have had several bladder infections in the last few years. I also am on Warfarin so I understand some medications don t agree with that. Last time my INR went up to 6.5. So my doctor just had me take Cephalexin. I finished the dosage on Thursday and here it is Saturday and I have the burning and blood in my urine. What do you suggest?

Thank you for following up , I understood your concern, you have chronic renal disease(may be pyelonephritis according your words). Besides that i guess you have dismetabolic nephropathy (stones or sand in urinal tract), that's why you feel burning, crystalls of stones can hurt urine bladder and urethra and cause blood in urine. You should get examined with blood, urine tests, ultrasound of kidneys.I suggest-
1.Spasmolytic Drotaverine hydrochloride (No-spa) 1tablet 3 times for 5 days
2.Uroantiseptic Cystone 2 tablet 2 times for 1 month
3.Pevzner's diet #7
4.Do bacteriological analyses(urine culture) and sensitivity to antibiotics, give blood for Ig M,G to Chl.,Myc.trachomatis and Ur.urealyticum
Take care!
