Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Several factors can be at play to cause your symptoms. Firstly, the period of abstinence may have caused some stress and thereby some lack of motivation. This may have caused vaginal dryness which in turn could have resulted in the burning sensation following the intercourse. When there is excessive pressure on the vagina there can be burning sensation. This pressure can also cause trauma to the urethra resulting in bleeding and spotting. A clinical evaluation is needed to locate the cause and manage further. Take care.
