What Causes Burning Sensation And Cramps In Feet And Toes?

I m 65 yrs. old and play a lot of tennis. Just behind by toes on both feet, I feel as if there is an extra pad of fat running from the ball to the little toe. When I walk I feel this extra padding. At night, my feet and toes sometimes have a burning sensation, cramp, and experience a pins and needles feeling in the toes. I would greatly appreciate your opinion. Thanks, Tom

it is neurological problem.may be having peripheral neuritis. take vita b1 6and b12 daily for one month, avoid smoking.
