What Causes Burning Sensation And Discomfort During Urination?

Hi, I m afraid I might have a std of some sort. I have been with the same girl for about 6 years. About 4 years ago we had a break up and I had sex with two different girls, the first one dated for a month did not always wear protection. Got with a different girl a few weeks after we broke up but this time I wore a condom but performed oral sex on her. Then I ended up getting back with my first girlfriend. A few weeks after the having sex with that last girl which was around four years ago I noticed a skin tag didnt think much of it it went away a week or so later. Well almost two years ago I noticed something growing around my pee hole and it has gotten bigger. Looks like also something growing inside my pee hole. When I have to pee it hits me immediately and has an extreme feeling of urinating right then, makes me have to run to the bathroom. Some discomfort sometimes during urination. Also now lesions seem to be growing on my shaft. I m 24 and very scared and confused, I Haven t been tested to scared and embarrassed. I feel I will comit Suicide, my issue seems to be getting worse. Not sure what to do
