General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The polyp like thing you see in vagina ,is normal vaginal mucus membrane fold. The burning, itching there could be due to yeast infection (following bad genital hygiene) OR it can be high blood sugar level. Needs to be investigated and confirmed followed by specific treatment. Please consult a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dona, Dentist
