What Causes Burning Sensation And Frequent Urination While Treating Bladder Cancer?

For bladder cancer I got mitomycin, first four treatments did not cause any problem, however last two treatments have caused serious side effects, burning while urinating, constant irritation of bladder, constant urge to urinate, getting up 12 to 15 times in the night. Any suggestions to relieve the symptoms. Desperate Thanks

Hello,

You can avoid caffeine or vitamin-C rich foods. Use cranberry juice or tea for disinfection. Using cortico-steroids may also help. Use pain relievers such acetaminophen.
