Hi,
You might be suffering from hair dye dermatitis & in this case no matter which hair dye you use, you will have similar symptoms due to inflammatory reaction in the skin. In this case, you must stop using hair dye. Every time uou use it, inflammatory reaction occurs and it damages uour skin layers. Topical steroids can give u temporary relief but daily use can have serious adverse effects. So my advice being your physician is that you stop using hair dye. If you have dry skin which usually patients with dermatitis have, use baby oil frequently and keep a good moisturizer with yourself to prevent skin dryness.
Hope it will help.
Regards,
Dr. Maria Daud
