What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain During A Menstrual Period?

hi im 25 years old - and have been suffering with bartholin cysts for 3 years now i have had marsupialisation but it returned only a few weeks later...:(

late last year i have been i have had the gland surgically removed.

its been 6 months now but i still expierence chronic burning durning menstruation and it becomes really painfull and i expierence high discomfort levels what could be the cause of this?
