What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In Leg In Sitting Position?

My left leg starts to burn and hurt as soon as I sit down. I can t seem to get improvement after months of PT, even though my low back pain is much much better and I am much stronger. What next? Laying down gives relief, walking is great. Hills sometimes bring on burning in both legs that resolves after I stop and recline for 15 minutes.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be due to spinal degenerative disease of spine for confirmation it is advisable to get done the MRI test, till then Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac can be tried hope this information helps.
