What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In Lower Left Abdomen?

I have a burning/tearing type of pain on lower left side of abdomen. Its between my scar from c-section and below belly button. It hurts on the inside and when i touch it At all it hurts on the outside. Also walking, sitting and bending over hurts. Im not sure if it matters but i hadnt had my period for about 3 months, only very light spotting for a few days, and now i started my period Tuesday and have been bleeding heavier than ever before. Also dont know if it matters but when i woke up last friday i had a stiff neck and now my left shoulder still hurts. I started having stomack pains a few weeks ago that would just be shooting pains and last a few minutes but now the burning/tearing pain is non stop.

3) Pelvic inflammatory disease
4) Ovarian cyst
5) Ulcerative colitis
6) Crohn's disease
7) Intestinal obstruction
8) Colonic polyps
9) Endometriosis
10) Uterine fibroids

The list may be exhaustive but to narrow down to a specific diagnosis, you need a detailed clinical examination and tests like ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis.
