What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

hi there was wondering I have burning, cramping, sensational pain upper and lower stomach, mild headache, have no taste in mouth, feel very tired, feel like vomiting and can not eat anything my appetite is basically zero and within three months gained over 50 pounds now am over weight and still gaining but can not eat i aint hungry.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroenterologist.
Following investigations can be helpful :-
1. Endoscopy.
2. Liver Function Test (LFT).
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
Furthur medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of your investigations.
