What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In Urethra, Pelvis And Lower Back?

I have a burning sensation and pain in what I think is my urethra ( whatever tube it is that extends to the vaginal opening), even when not urinating. I also have intermittent pain in my pelvis and lower back. I went to the doctor and was told that I do not have an infection.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having urinary tract infection or having stone in urethra producing this problem.
Go for routine urine check up for pus cells and RBC.
If require go for ultra sound abdomen.
After reports go for treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of water and liquids.
Ok and take care.
