Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of pains and burning sensation in your right lung following frequent air travel yes it is pleurisy but it is largely caused by pneumonitis(air with inflammation of the lungs)
In view of this please do a
chest x-ray
ESR
Full blood count
Meanwhile take tablet nurofen tablet ceporex tablet flagyl multivitamin capsules
Please wear double clothing and see a respiratory specialist if symptoms persistent
I hope this helps
