What Causes Burning Sensation And Pressure Behind The Head?

While standing, usually when I m walking around, I get a pressure in the back of my head that builds! It becomes a very intense burning sensation. If it gets unbearable I usually take a break from whatever I m doing, if I sit it usually settles down. It s a very uncomfortable heat that is often painful.

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion such symptoms could be due to sinusitis and it can be given try with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, it is advisable to go for clinical examination to rule out the hypertension, get done the routine tests too hope this information helps.
