Hi,

The symptoms you describe could be indicative of several conditions, including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, or even a heart condition such as angina or a heart attack. It is important to seek medical attention if you are experiencing these symptoms, especially if they are severe or persistent.

GERD is a common condition where stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing symptoms such as heartburn, chest pain, and a sensation of something being stuck in the throat. Peptic ulcer disease is a condition where open sores develop in the lining of the stomach or small intestine, causing pain and discomfort.

In some cases, chest pain can be a sign of a more serious condition such as angina or a heart attack. These conditions require immediate medical attention, especially if the chest pain is severe or accompanied by shortness of breath or other symptoms.

Diarrhea can be a symptom of various gastrointestinal conditions and can be caused by a range of factors, such as infections, food intolerances, or inflammatory bowel disease.

It is important to consult a doctor to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment. Your doctor may perform a physical exam, order diagnostic tests such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) or endoscopy, and recommend medications or lifestyle changes to manage your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
