What Causes Burning Sensation And Swelling In The Wrist?

I got stung by something around 6pm I m not sure what it was I was picking up a chair and felt this sharp burning sting on the inter wrist side It is like right around where my veins are they kinda got snwollen at the time of the sting but it still hurts will feeling a sharp stinging feeling when I felt it I looked and I pulled off a little itty bitty piece of what it looked to be Cotton or I thought maybe I had gotten scrapes by a piece of insulation cuz that s what it kinda looked like when I pulled it off I didn t see anything around the area which is freaking me out more cuz idk what stung me and it still hurts it s not swollen at all just hurts/burns and at time its feels kinda damp in that area like if it s sweating more there idk it s just weird and I m a little worried and hoping it isn t nothing serious
