What Causes Burning Sensation Around A Surgical Incision?

Both tubes removed March 24th age 25 female. I no longer wanted children a mother of 3 boys very hard to keep up with them all. 5yrs ,3 yrs 6 months. It s a week after surgery and I m wondering how long will it take for the muscles soreness and pain to be gone? What is the burning sensation around the incision when moving around?

Hi, I think it can take 4 to 6 weeks for the pain to go. You can take some pain killers for now. Burning sensation can be due to inflammation and induration. Consult your doctor for examination of stitch line and to see if there is any collection at stitch line. You may need some more antibiotics for healing. Hope it helps.
