What Causes Burning Sensation Around Clitoris And Pain During Urination?

I have a burning sensation around my clitoris and it s been this case on and off for a about a few weeks now. The pain becomes worse when I urinate. I notice that the burning sensation is on and around my clitoris, however it reaches down to my opening.

I understand your concern.
Clitoris is a very delicate pert of vagina. It has a rich blood supply.So trauma, friction, itching, infection affect it very soon.
you seem to have infection of the part..mostly a Trichomonal infection which is notorious to cause repeated swelling & burning of the part.
Please consult a gynecologist. After examination & swab culture test ( if needed)..doctor will give you necessary anti fungal/ antibiotic medicines along with local ointments or vaginal pessaries .Many a times treatment is advised for both the sex partners.
