Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of burning sensation around the chest area which are pointing towards a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux disease which leads to release of oesophageal sphincter and causes excess acid production. Need not to worry. You should take meal in small and frequent intervals. You should exercise on daily basis. Avoid large intake of meals at a time. You should exercise on daily basis. Keep bed little higher on head side. I would suggest you to consult chest specialist for chest infection . For now avoid carbonated drinks , spicy food , alcohol and acidic foods. Take combination of antibiotic along with anti-inflammatory drugs.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
