What Causes Burning Sensation Around Vaginal Area During Menopause?

Hi Dr, thank you for your kind assistance. I am 57 years old, 163cm,64kg, hypertensive but controlled with tab. Caduet5/10mg daily. I have menopause since 2006. Not active sexually with my hubby due to pain. My I always have hormonal imbalance, n not severe vaginal dryness, lately having burning sensation around the vaginal orifice.Please advise.Thank you, Nora
