What Causes Burning Sensation Around Vaginal Opening?
I have a thick white paste on the inside of my vagina. I believe it is smegma. I read online that I should clean it with warm water so it can properly go away. but I start feeling a burning around the top and the hole. what does this mean? is it normal?

Hi,
As you are having thick paste like discharge there is possibility of having fungal infection on the part.
Clean local part with plane running water and apply anti-fungal cream or use anti-fungal pessaries.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
