What Causes Burning Sensation At Back Of Thigh And Buttocks?

Hi, I was put on lustral tablets back in October and stayed on them for 7 weeks then went off them as I felt I didn't need them. However since January when I'm sitting down my buttocks and the backs of my thighs feel like they are burning and when my back is pressed against something it feels really hot too. Would this be from the tablets?
