What Causes Burning Sensation At The Base Of Skull And Eye Twitching?

Te base of my skull has had a burning sensation for two days, along with this burning sensation I have been having a vision problem where my eye twitches, I loose focus and it takes a little bit to regain focus, everything looks pixelated. I also have pain in my right shoulder with popping noises and radiating pain down the right arm. I feel weak in the arms and legs. What could this be? And should I go to the ER or wait until my doctor comes in they exorcise in the morning?
