What Causes Burning Sensation Between The Anus And Vagina?

Over the past six months have been Experiencing severe burning sensation between anus and vaginal area, following bowel movement. This lasts all day. Feeling of bearing down pressure in rectum all day. Followed by doctor due to prolapsed bleeding hemmoroids in Ja. 2017. He says must wait it out and continue on meds. Had hemmoroidectomy 4 yrs ago. Two years ago had bladder lift.

I think this is a re-occurrence of hemorrhoids. You should be visited by surgeon.
