What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination After Sexual Intercourse?

I had sex earlier today and right after I went to go to the bathroom but had a burning feeling when I peed. Then I went to school and was fine but I got home and peed again and it hurt a lot to wipe down there. I took a shower and got out and noticed my clitoris was swollen looking and red. Then I noticed a bright small red spot on the very tip of my clitoris and it is extremely sensitive and hurts a lot.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the description you have given, it appears that you have been locally infected with skin over the clitoris.
Kindly wipe the area well using clean cotton soaked in antispetic solution like Savlon. Apply Soframycin skin cream over it twice a day. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice a day after food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of fluids and citrus fruit juices.
Since, you are having burning sensation while passing urine, kindly get the following tests done.
1. Urine routine examination
2. Urine for culture and sensitivity.
If it indicates urinary tract infection, then you need to take appropriate course of antibiotics to get it cured.
