What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Along With Urine Leakage?

Hi, I had unprotected vaginal sex with a married women who was my neighbour,we had kisses and vaginal intercourse for just 5 seconds.i didn t ejaculate inside her .but later after 14 days post exposure,i got constant burning sensation with very little discharge not so often and urine leakage.so I did urine culture and sensitive test which came negative,but didn t test for HIV yet,because my doctor concern was as long as your partner is negative then no need to worry.i was worried and got anxiety since then due to that I ask her to get tested because at that time I wasn t able to wait for 3 months 6 months.so I ask her for test then she did and got negative Elisa test...this incident was took place in between 2013-2014.now I got married in 2015 in the month of December.as.my wife got pregnant so she had HIV Elisa test after 81 days on 82nd day.which came negative..now I want to know are we all 3 safe?/ All the test which negative is it conclusive?.thanks in advance and can t wait for the answer..because anxiety still killing me day by day..please help.
