What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Despite Taking Cipro For Flu?

i have been sick off and on with the flu,fever cough loss of appetite,bad sinus congestion,for over a month.Iwas put on cipro for ten days to no avail. Now i have burning during urination . Where do i go from here,all bloodwork was normal at the ER ??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection then symptom may vary and it may be anything but this is nothing to worry because once the course of disease overs everything would be fine hope this information helps.
