What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination In Men?

The bottom of my pee hole burns when I urinate and I went to the doctor and was tested for a uti and for stds and all were negative. The doctor gave me a pill that you would give someone with urinary pain. Is it possible I irritated masturbating, because it s very sore.

Possible as rigorous rubbing without lubrication might have inflamed the urethral opening and causing pain
