What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?
For as long as I can remember, I would occasionally feel a burning sensation when I urinated. This has been going on ever since I was a kid (I m 29 now). It usually occurs when I m dehydrated or if I have to urinate more than once an hour. I had hypospadias surgery when I was an infant and the urologist I saw 10 or so years ago attributed the stinging sensation to that, but I m still nervous it s something else. I m seeing a urologist in a week just to be sure, but I can t find any other evidence to back up what my previous urologist said. Should I be worried?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the past history of hypospadiasis then chances of developing the structure is more likely and it would be the matter of concern and worry else no need to worry about anything, better to drink more water hope this information helps.
