What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?
Woke up yesterday with a burning sensation when I urinated thought I could wait it out as I have a dr appointment on Thursday but throughout the day the burning got worse a lot worse now it s unbearable every time I need to use the restroom.. what to do?

You have to consult doctor for history taking and examination
Your investigation needed with CBC and urine microscopic examination
If urine shows pus cells and bacteria than suitable antibiotic like cefixime should be started
Avoid excess spicy foods
Drink more water
Cranberry juice will be beneficial
According to culture report if needed specific antibiotic changed
