Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If you have multiple partners you are obviously more prone to pelvic infections & STD. Use protection if you are sexually active & avoid multiple partners to have a safer sex. It is very difficult to determine which guy transmitted you the infection, however it is wise if all the partners go for blood test, urine analysis & the required investigations. Visit ER, get examined & treated. In the meantime take plenty of water & antibiotic/antivirals. Burning micturition can also be due to UTI, take Bactrim DS twice daily for 5 days & Alkacitron with water twice daily after consultation with the treating PCP. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
