What Causes Burning Sensation From The Feet To The Head?

I have a burning sensation that starts in feet rolls up my body till it reaches my head when I break out in a sweat so much it drips off my face it lasts a minute or two mainly when I lay down for the last three months I have now got numbness in toes soles of feet an in the last week in my fingertips

It could be peripheral neuropathy or vascular cause...

First rule out diabetes and vitamin B12 deficiency by RBS estimation and serum B12 estimation ..

For diabetes antidiabetic drugs and for B12 deficiency B12 supplement needed

Liver and kidney problem history taken to rule out it...

Avoid smoking and alcohol if habit as they can damage nerve

If no cause found than NCV study for neurological causes and if needed for vascular causes colour doppler done

If no obvious cause found than MRI done for rule out spinal cause

According to cause specific treatment plan managed

Take care
