What Causes Burning Sensation In Arm After Menactra Vaccine?

my 12 yr old daughter got the menactra vaccine thursday at school. I was called to come get her because she was experiencing numbness in her right arm and her hand was swollen. I was told to take her to the ER which I did. The ER doctor said it probaly hit a nerve and to give her motrin or tylenol for pain and keep her hand elevated to reduce swelling. It is now well over 48 hrs and her hand is conitnuing to swell off and on and she is having burning/stinging sensations in her arm and is very weak. I am not sure what to do. This is concerning me greatly and tylenol/motrin is not helping her with the pain.
