Hello Dear,
I have gone though your query, I will try to give my best possible advice. Firstly U havent mentioned your age and sex.
If someone with same symptoms arrives in my clinic I must asked him few questions.
• For how long time this problem is occuring??
• Do you have any present or past history of tobacco use or betel nut chewing???
• Do you have difficulty in mouth opening??
If your answers are "yes" then most probably you are suffering from oral submucous fibrosis which needs to be treated immediately.
If your answers are "no" then the problem may be due to some other reasons ranging from stomatitis to other infections.
Please visit your DENTIST as soon as possible so that he/she can diagnose the problem and initiate the treatment. Meanwhile I am advising fee things-
• If you consume tobacco in form, quit it to the earliest.
• Avoid spicy food and chillies
• Eat more of green leafy vegetables
• You can apply topical gels like Kenacort/Tess/Oraways thrice daily over the affected inner surface of the cheek.
Hope this helps you.
Thank You
Take Care

Regards
