General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there. I am here to assist u better on this virtual healthcare magic network. Welcome and thanks for trusting us.
Its normal and will go away in a few days of treatment. May be its due to the medications which u may have been using for flu and illness. It happens.
Take Omeprazole40mg in the morning 30 min before breakfast for 7-10days. It will lower the stomach acid and u will feel better.
Take plenty of water. Take sips of refrigerated skimmed milk 4-5 times a day. Only 2 sips. Not whole glass of milk at a time.
Take tablet Itopride 10mg 30 min before meals twice daily for 5 days.
Hope it helps you. Please give me a feedback at the end. Have a nice time ahead.
