Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query the symptoms of burning and tightness in chest, feeling of lump in throat, tingling in cheeks and burning in ears is pointing towards condition known as Gastro-esophageal reflux disease or Acid reflux.
In this condition there is reflux of acid from stomach to food pipe, throat and at times in mouth leading to burning in chest, feeling of lump in throat due to inflammation and swelling, and as ears and throat is connected via eustachian tube burning is also evident in ears..
You should consult a Gastro-enterologist and get evaluated and he/she can advise you to get an Endoscopy done to confirm the diagnosis..
If acid reflux is confirmed he can advise you to take Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole [Nexium], Pantoprazole, antacids, taking small meals every 2 hours, taking short walk after meals, avoiding spicy food, and sleeping with head slightly raised as compared to feet..
Preferring left lateral position to sleep and taking dinner atleast two hours before sleeping will help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
