Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Burning sensation in chest and back should be related to
gastric reflux in
GERD. Vitamin D deficency should not cause such pain.
Actually in GERD there is reflux of gastric contents into
esophagus due to weak lower esophageal sphinter. As gastric contents are acidic & esophagus mucosa unlike
gastric mucosa is not naturally protected from acidis stuffs. It causes erosion of esophageal mucosa which causes burning sensation in chest & sometimes back. Here are some remedies for you for GERD.
1. Don't take heavy diet at one time. Divide your diet into smaller part & take them at space of 4-6 hours.
2. Do not lie immediately after having meals, taking a slight walk could be helpful. Always try to sleep after 2-3 hours of having your meals especially dinner.
3. Wear loose clothes, tight clothes over abdomen can also cause pushing of contents.
