What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest And Neck With Tingling Sensation In Arms?

Ok, I am concerned about my 68 year old friend. We met for lunch and while I was talking about something he started acting a little strange. he said he was feeling hot and his arms were tingling, he pointed to his forearms. His chest was red and his face and neck were red. His legs looked fine. I felt his neck and it didn t feel really hot to me.

Hello welcome to HCM. Your symptoms indicates of two possibilities. First one, i suspect that You may be having acidity. More acid is produced in the stomach which is splashing up towards oesophagus which is present behind chest, hence you are feeling sensation in the early morning. It will be burning type and this sensation also felt in the neck. For this you have to take proton pump inhibitors like omez-40mg once daily half an hour before break fast. Every day for ten days. All the problems will be relieved in early. . Second may be some abnormality with heart. Pain will be like some weight is there on the chest. sweating will be there.To confirm getting ECG is must. Then take advice from the physician.
