Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
1. It is probably simple irritation of the dye product to the eyes and nothing to worry about.

2. Rinse eyes with lukewarm water 3 to 4 times to clean and clear the eyes and use Opthacare eye drops of Himalaya to provide coolant effect to the eyes.

3. Keep a handkerchief to wipe any discharge repeatedly, and if swelling or symptoms persists check with an Opthalmologist.

HI
Well come to HCM
Even if this is slight doubtful for dye then this need to be clinically examined and no need to take this as granted because dye injury is common to eye and this may be dangerous some time if not taken seriously, hope this information helps, take care.
