What Causes Burning Sensation In Feet During A Menstrual Period?

i am on my second day off my period and for the second night running i have woken up with burnning hot feet and cold to touch calf and shines i also have hot clammy tigaly hands i have bin to see a doc and he cant tell me what it is its driving up the wall please help

i also have head haches where they knock me out and all i can do is sleep
