Hi,

It seems like you are too worried. If there was no history of loss of consciousness, vomiting or severe headache at the time of injury, chance of any significant problem inside head is extremely unlikely.

Just be relaxed, have a regular healthy diet, sleep well and drink enough fluids. Take paracetamol for pain when necessary.

If problem persists beyond 3-4 days, kindly see your doctor, just to be sure and relieve your anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
