What Causes Burning Sensation In Head, Face, Neck, Chest And Arms?

I was awakened last night with a burning sensation, as if I was on fire, on the right side of my head, face, neck, upper right chest and right arm. It lasted 3-5 minutes. I have had tests run: chest xray, CT scan of the head, heart enzymes checked and EKG were all normal. It was not the same pain as pressure on a nerve, I wasn't hyperventilating, do not have diabetes. I have taken anatomy/physiology courses and know that the right lymphatic duct serves those areas. Could the duct be blocked or could there be another underlying cause?
