What Causes Burning Sensation In Left Back Side Of Vaginal Wall?

Hello, I am experiencing a burning sensation on the left back side of my vaginal wall. It seems to kind of come and go? I apply AD ointment and cream for yeast infection. I am 49 years old and don t know if that is a factor? I really don t see anything during self examination so am a little stumped??
