General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes.
I suggest using an over the counter treatment such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest using prescription painkillers such as Gabapentin.
In such a case, you should see a neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
