What Causes Burning Sensation In Nose, Mouth And Brain After Inhaling Toulene?

Sir, I have not even started my treatment anywhere and i am not sure about which doctor to consult? But, my problem is i was used to inhale "toulene" for past 6 months on regular basis through my nose and now from past 3 months i have qiut this habbit. I have also quit my drinking habbit completely from same past 3 months. I don't understand the exact reason but now i have a very strong burning sensation inside my nose, mouth(inside the throat) and also in my brain( mostly in the back portion) and my right ear and joint of right arm pains a lot. I am not able to determine why is this so, therefore kindly give me list of some medicines which can reduce my burning sensation and also a reason that why this is happening to me? I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is a very bad drug toluene. I cannot say in your particular case because so very much could be and probably was damaged by toluene. It is a carcinogen. It inhibits blood formation. It kills the liver/brain and nerves. Best case, the nerves in those regions were really damaged and as they grow back, they will be a bit out of tone (temporarily). Take a multivitamin with b12 and thiamine and folate daily, and it will subside over a few months.

Worst case is liver failure or bone marrow failure and it is very hard to treat and is fatal. But a simple blood test under 100 rupee most likely will say it's there or not (blood count, liver test).
