What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis After Sex?

I started having burning sensation in my pennis about 2 days after I slept with my Chinese girlfriend. My doctor gave me a long dose of antibiotics. Now, no burning sensation or any form of pains but I usually notice pus cells in my urine every early morning. ...only in the morning as soon as i get up from bed. How do I handle this?

thank you for query.presence of pus cells indicate Infection may be due to STDs.Urethritis or UTI .It is more likely Bacterial infection gonococcal or non gonococcal. You may need a course of antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg twice daily for 5- 7 days as prescribed by your doctor.drink plenty of water and fluids.treat the partner also with the antibiotics course simultaneously otherwise there are chances of recurrence.clean the area daily with warm water twice daily.avoid intercourse until symptoms subside totally.Use protective like condoms. You can go for other STDs tests if not done. You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist
