Hi and welcome to HCM.
I am Dr taimoor and will be answering your health concerns.
Burning and wavy (colicky) pain in the kidney area may be due to urinary tract infection but that is associated with high grade fever which you have not.
Other possibility is of the pain coming from intestines but that will be either associated with diarrhoea or constipation.
It will be easy to diagnose it if you can kindly give me some answers like
1. Is the area having pain is tender ( painful) to touch?
2. Are you having burning micturition?
3. Do have any vaginal bleeding started with the pain or now?

Another thing is the 5 days back biopsy which may have complicated the matter by uterine perforation.

In my patients I usually go for
1 ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
2 full blood counts.
3 Urine routine examination.
Meanwhile you should drink a lot of fluids and can take some painkillers plus antispasmodic like tab. No spa 1 three times a a day.

My recommendation for you will be to get an appointment with the GP and get yourself properly examined and investigated.

I hope this will be of some help.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimoor.
