I fell on my bum and slid down the stairs landed on my bum, back neck arm aches... but I seem to be getting bad tummy aches I have taken paracetamols but don't work...aches in my tummy we're like period pains, I no longer have periods... but now I have a continue burning sensation in my tummy since the fall that don't seem to disappear should I go doctor

Hi there.

This could be muscle trauma and haematoma or blood collection. Apply hot packs and take Pain killer with muscle relaxant like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. Get an Ultrasound of no relief.
